It is a scion-mazda-toyota product. Clean carfax, no accidents but someone banged their door rather hard into this car's right rear door and put a dent in it. We had that repaired and touched up chips on the bumper. Note: in toyota factory warranty bumper to bumper until 2/24/2019 or 36000 miles and powertrain warranty to 2/24/2021 or 60000 miles. Wow, an almost new car with gobs of warranty for a low price, and a great car besides. Says a lot about mazda when toyota wants mazda to build cars for them.
